Robert, the night shift technician, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to show me which tools to use and helped me better understand how to work on my truck. I really appreciated his willingness to share his knowledge and answer my questions. His excellent customer service and professionalism. Thank you, Robert!

Amazing service . Got my road service super quick the gentlemen took the time to check everything before changing the part and made me save alot of time and money by doing so. Great expérience overall . If in need of parts or roadside assistance near syracuse ,NY they are the one to call .

I am giving one star only because there is no option to give zero stars. We paid a significant amount of money to have our truck repaired here. After almost two months, the exact same problem came back. Not only did they refuse to honor the repair under warranty, but they were also unwilling to correct the issue or take responsibility for the work they performed. We ended up spending a lot of money and time without getting the problem fixed. If they could not properly diagnose or repair the issue, they should have been honest about it instead of charging us for a repair that did not last. We essentially paid for a temporary fix that lasted only almost two months, and then were left on our own when the same failure returned. Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this shop based on our experience.

Been a parts and service customer for decades. Jenny in service is the absolute BEST. The crew in parts is always on point, Chris, Mason, Eric, all the guys really! Great family owned business.

Jan 26,2926 came in for a truck repair but unfortunately like most dealerships they couldn’t get me in for a couple of days. I will says that the service writer was courtesy and very professional understanding of my situation, but there’s only so much they can do. Although the lot was full of snow, they did try to keep it maintained and cleaned and safe. The building and all the common areas were very clean and so far it seemed to be just a place to come get your truck work done. UPDATE: I can’t say "THANK YOU" enough to the team at Tracey Road Equipment. They were able to get my truck in the shop earlier than expected and found the problem with in a couple of hours. After the parts were ordered and received they shop manager had a great mechanic get them installed and get my truck back to me. No one Hope's for a breakdown but hopefully next time I'm in Syracuse New York and I can take it to Tracey Road Equipment
